What We're Looking For
- • Proficiency in any graphic design tool you prefer (open-source/free like GIMP, Photopea, or Photoshop)
- • Understanding of YouTube CTR benchmarks and title-thumbnail chemistry
- • Eye for bold typography, subject isolation, and lighting contrast
- • Portfolio of thumbnail designs or graphic work required

How we pay
We believe creators do their best work with clear expectations, dependable pay, and upside when our channels grow.
Fixed pay for every role
Each contributor is paid a fixed, agreed amount for their deliverables, confirmed before work starts and paid monthly.
Performance bonus on monetized channels
Once a channel is monetized, every video published on it from then on earns a performance bonus for the people who made it: a share of that video's revenue during an initial period after it goes live.
Early contributors count too
If you worked with us while a channel was still growing, every video you contribute to that is published after monetization is eligible from day one. Videos published before monetization are not part of the bonus.
Full transparency
Every bonus payout comes with a revenue report for the videos it covers.

Exact amounts, bonus share, and timelines are set out in your contract.
